Did what is said on the tin. Room as per photos clean, functional, comfortable for our one night stay
Very unclear where to meet the shuttle bus. No one answers the phone so you get lost in a switch board of doom pressing all sorts of buttons to get to automated messages and not getting through to anyone. As such we were unsure if the transit bus was coming or not or where exactly to stand - the map given is very basic Bus was 20 mins after said time so we were in process of trying to book an uber when it arrived.
No breakfast - and coffee shop in foyer said they were closed when we went to get a coffee at 10am
Swimming pool which was one of the draws to stay there was also closed !

The shuttle to the airport. The buffet. The room. The light and beautiful floors in reception and on the stairs. We arrived back later than we planned on the 2nd night but we were able to eat at 9.45 and we really appreciated that.
The swimming pool was under repair. Of course such jobs have to be done. Maybe it could be done in a quieter season if the hotel has one.

The breakfast was awesome and the airport shuttle was great.
The temperature in the room was extremely warm. When we went to the lobby to mention that we did not think the thermostat was working correctly but were told because we are on the 5th floor it tends to be warmer up there. Their suggestions were we could move rooms or take a small fan. We opted for the small fan which did not work. We did stay in the room only because we were tired and had lots of luggage to move. The lobby person she did not even offer to have a mechanic come look at the room. To us this was a big problem and felt like our concerns were dismissed.
