Great location. Clean room. Good air conditioning. There was a pleasant garden;
The bed and pillows were rather lumpy. There was a lot of noise on the first night from the plumbing and the fridge.

Everyone was very helpful and being so close to a Tube station is a real advantage.
The room I was had a slight problem in that the roller blind chain was quite high up.

This is a guest house, not a hotel, thus it "gets the job done." The staff is pleasant and chatty. There is a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is mostly toast and cereal with coffee. The setting is fantastic. A 10-minute walk from North Finchley High Road and the Tube. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and other necessities nearby
The rooms are very hot and in mid afternoon it was uncomfortable to return to them. There is no air conditioning and only a little fan. There were no elevators or anybody to help with carrying suitcases up a steep stair case. There was a lack of wardrobe space (we lived out of our suitcase rather than unpacked). The rooms are rustic but clean
