Great location, just three minutes from local market, where you can eat great food and in the basement of the market there is a Mercadona supermarket. The Hospital clinic metro station is a five-minute walk from the accommodation. The accommodation is very clean both the rooms and the entire building. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. The room is cleaned daily. The equipment is top-notch, washing machine with dryer, iron, ironing board, equipped kitchen, cleaning products, towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent. The windows seal perfectly, so even if there is traffic outside at night, the room is very quiet. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage space in the accommodation.
In the accommodation, I would really appreciate hangers right at the entrance to the room. The broken hinges on the kitchen shelf doors are annoying, the light above the stove hood is not working, and the bathroom is missing a toilet brush. The occasional smell from the sink waste is also unpleasant. The fold-out bed has a rather soft mattress, but it is otherwise spacious.

Great location, easy to find. Roomy apartment and friendly managers. Washing machine and drying rack were handy.
Perhaps a few bottles of water in the fridge for arriving guests other than that nothing.

Glad there was a receptionist to talk to when we arrived.

Nothing much as the Taxis cannot park on the side of where the apartment is ? We had two big suitcases and two hand luggage and it was difficult to cross the road to get to this place . Staff were not really aware where we cld have a good meal as their recommendation was poor
As above , location , there was no dryer , shower looked dirty due to the colour of the paint
