Great communication, location, and room. Bed was firm, but overall comfortable. They provided a large bottle of water daily which was much needed with the heat. AC worked great. Basic toiletries were provided- no body lotion or conditioner. Microwave in lobby. Lots of good food places around that are better priced and still delicious compared to the more touristy plazas. Very close walk to Termini station!
No body lotion or conditioner were provided, but can easily purchase elsewhere if needed. We already had ours. Wifi would also go in and out, but did not interrupt our time very much.

Great location and very friendly staff
The room was very utilitarian and the bed and pillows were in my opinion very hard so I was unable to relax and get a good nights sleep
