A localização não era no centro, mas era ótima. Pertinho do metrô e de ponto de ônibus e a uma distância facilmente caminhável da estação de trem.
Eles não tinham obrigação de fornecer café da manhã, mas tinha um mini-café (biscoitos, torradas, geleias e um aquecedor de água para café ou chá) disponível e reposto todo dia. Nem a arrumação diária é obrigatória (eles não são hotel), mas todos os dias que cheguei, o quarto estava arrumado. E a cama e os travesseiros eram maravilhosos!
O acesso foi perfeito, sem uso de chaves, tudo pelo site (Vikey), para as portas do prédio, do apartamento e do quarto. O único ponto a se observar é: isso te obriga a ter internet no celular (mas vamos ser sinceros, quem viaja hoje em dia sem internet?). Mas isso é só para o primeiro acesso, pois dentro do quarto tinha uma chave disponível para usar durante a estadia, caso não quisesse usar o celular.
A comunicação foi ótima com eles, via whatsapp, e se prontificaram a guardar minha mala no último dia até a hora do meu trem, mesmo sem ter obrigação (de novo, eles não são hotel). A Sheyla estendeu a validade do meu acesso no site para que eu pudesse entrar no local e pegar minha mala.
O prédio é antigo, mas tem um elevador. Não espere um elevador luxuoso, pois é pequeno e antigo (achou ruim? é só subir as escadas, pois as instalações ficam no 1º andar) mas ele atende perfeitamente.
O único ponto de destaque (que nem é um problema em si) é que há um degrau pra descer para o quarto e um para subir para o banheiro. Mas isso é apenas uma coisa curiosa, pois não atrapalha em absolutamente nada a estadia.

The door locks took some getting used to but we got used to them on our last day! Also could have done with more plugs or usb charging ports.

Friendly staff kept contacting, nice equipments in daily use, the room was clean and quiet, offering breakfast including coffee pods, water and snacks. There’s a microwave in the welcoming room. I forgot to bring my cellphone one day and the staff instantly helped me open the door. I appreciated ! Thank you so much !

Well located, clean and the pastries in the room for breakfast were a nice touch.
Staff communication was very poor. I was left just hanging around in the centre of Rome for ages because they wouldn’t answer my question on luggage storage before check in. I was only in Rome for 24 hours and it ate into my time there massively as I couldn’t do anything until I had stored my suitcase. They bothered me 10,000 times to do pre-check in before I got there but couldn’t be bothered to speak with you after when you needed help. Very poor communication and wouldn’t return due to this.
