Centrally located, easy to catch a bus or metro. Rooms were clean and large compared to other places we’ve stayed.

Location, Staff
We missed a small fridge in the room, everything else was okay.

The location is amazing, close to Termini, so you can use the public transportation, buses also connect very well with the building.
The elevator is quite old/small only works from the second floor, not too biggie but in Rome you walk a lot.

Quite close to the Termini train station, allowing good access to the city.
Noise from the bar downstairs (people chatting loudly in the street outside till the early hours), an old, rickety lift to take us up to the 6th floor, and no detailed instructions about checking in (which I had to seek, myself, through an online search, prior to arrival). Poor communication from the agent, with no response to a follow-up message sent weeks in advance. The lack of basic bathroom fittings is a safety hazard. I recommend a floor mat (floor is very slippery when wet) and a shelf within the shower cubicle for items like shampoo, soap, etc.
