Location, atmosphere beer food
Milk and fridge went missing! No residents lounge, use of main bar or restaurant was ok but nowhere to go and read your book quietly. Overall a good place to stay

Lovely room and fantastic restaurant and bar. Richard had everything under control and nothing was too much trouble ๐

Beautiful location and lovely old building
No shower, only a mixer hand held shower attachment on the bath with no shower curtain or glass. Room overlooking a scruffy bin area at the rear, with a rat bait box, overgrown planters and plastic bag rubbish. Full English breakfast was sparse, black pudding was very dry, and a tiny portion, bacon was overcooked, dry and difficult to cut.
