I don't have much experience with hostels, but I could say It's pretty good, room was good no issu with it. shared bathroom and common areas were suprisingly clean, well done, staff was absolutely helpfull and friendly
hard to park around, find bathroom sinks were a bit small I think

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff. Great spacious bedrooms, comfortable bed, with a bit of privacy possible thanks to the curtains, a big storage space below the beds with your own lock. Clean bathrooms, little showers but option to use a bigger one (disable acess) if not in use.
Kitchen area is a bit limited but one gets amazing food all around Donostia- San Sebastian so there might not be much need for it and you can book your room with a tasty bit of breakfast from the little bar part of the hostel. Good place to also grab a coffee, meet fellow travellers...
Access is easy at all hours thanks to a bracelet (you will not fear losing your keys that way).
Happily recommend and would return without hesitation, seems great for people doing surfing.
My only amelioration would be to add a little shelf by the bed to rest one's phone if charging or put glasses down for the night without fear of them falling down, and maybe add a sort of handle to facilitate climbing in the top bunk bed.

2 minute walk to the beach and 10 mins from old town. Private room was great, very comfortable and good shower too. Aircon was very good as well

Good location and comfortable bed, if you’re really on a tight budget, it might be the place
Power plug at my bed did not work, room did not have functioning AC and I was on top bunk so it was very hot. Staff not the friendliest or welcoming. No place to sit in room, need to go downstairs to sit. Shower stalls were tiny and rooms are co-ed (I was a solo woman in a room with 3 other men and wasn’t given any option to switch even though I asked to)
