Its location and the welcome from the owner. Luis provided lots of info before our arrival on how to get there using public transportation and on foot. I broke my arm on our first day and he was very helpful with info on medical facilities and subsequently getting information from the hospital. We had to cut short our stay to have surgery at home but will be back next year.
The bathroom was well appointed and clean, but is not en suite.

Location, cleanliness and lovely welcoming host.
Bathroom not en-suite which we knew beforehand but was a bit awkward for us personally. Can I suggest a couple of bathrobes in the room for the dash to the bathroom without the need to get dressed every time.

Great location, room was a good size, very helpful staff, luggage storage facilities after check out, separate communal kitchen was good. Would definitely return there.
The shower was small and only one set of towels for three nights.
