Amazing location and very clean room with great staff. Everything is very close by with regards to shops and restaurants. Great recommendations from the staff.
Coffee in the morning is great just wish it started a bit earlier than 9am. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable but my wife thought it was great. No iron and board which seems strange for such a place and also no shampoo in the shower. Otherwise it was great and we would stay again.

Location -great to visit different areas
Staff very friendly and helpful
Clean and our suite had a great view of the streets and also the bay
Not really anything but I’d have liked the coffee available in the morning from 8am instead of 9am
And possibly some nice toiletry products in the bathroom
Pricey enough but I think that’s the general pricing in San Sebastián

Location, location and location amazing. Staff were extremely helpful. Super clean
Minor noise coming between rooms but very good sound proofing to the street.
