The location was excellent, in the middle of old town, a short walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very large.
The room did not have a hair blower for my wife, an iron nor any facial tissues. The staff gave the Hair blower to my wife immediately when she asked.

Fabulous location for everything in San Sebastián. Set on the edge of a beautiful plaza. All amenities were great. A special mention to Maria and Oskar who were fabulous. They were warm and friendly and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. They made our stay extra special.

It was a great location and check in was efficient
Only two of us in a two bedroom suite still felt very cramped with little outside view with one bedroom in the kitchen and no sitting area. Sound nsulation between apartments is poor and showers are very slippery
