The hotel is not truly 4 stars. The don't provide immunities unless you request them. The room was poorly light.
The safe box was at the bottom of the closet which is really strange!. The hotel was obviously understaffed-one person at the reception and the coffee shop. There was no dining hall as claimed, =only one coffee shop.1

Location and room size The bed and sheets were top class and the style and decor was really very good
The bedside lights were not good as you could not read with them
The kettle was to complicated as you couldnt actualy boil the water and the cups were too small

The staff are wonderful and kind - really helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, and answering questions. Loved them.
The room was spacious and lovely to spend time in - we were a family of four with a dog in a triple room and we managed just fine. It was cleaned every day to a really high standard.
The breakfast was lovely!
Car park easy to access straight off the motorway!
It is quite far from the old town - you will have to get buses and taxis to get to all the places you'll want to visit when you're in SS. It's not impossible, but it is a long way.
It was our most expensive accommodation by far during our tour of Spain and France. Yes it is lovely, and you will like the hotel and the food, but it is overpriced. For fairness however, SS is incredibly expensive. We've visited three times, and the only time we've spent less that £1000 on accommodation is when we visited for the day and left!

The room looked modern. The staff was polite
Unfortunately, one lamp didn't work and the hairdryer was horrible. Also I met a cockroach
