Loved the bed! It was amazing and the rooms were quiet. We got a lovely view overlooking the garden and city. Also we arrived quite early before check in and asked if they could put us into a room and they did. Beyond nice to do that as we got an early flight in and we were exhausted. The breakfast was really good also. Nice variety and spacing between tables. The AC was very much appreciated as I am a warm sleeper. It allowed me to sleep soundly.
The layout of the bathroom was slightly odd and if you were staying with anyone other than your partner then it would be a little odd as you can see through the frosted glass into the toilet and shower. Plus small gaps that you can see through.
It was clean enough but it was a bit dated when you got up to the rooms. If you looked close enough you can see old furniture chipping away and tiles coming off.
The spa was very difficult to organise. The hours weren’t posted anywhere and they seemed to vary when they opened. We made several attempts to book and only got in on the final day. It was a lovely spa inside but really not easy to book. We made a booking with reception and they said it would be made. It never was and we suspected as much. Luckily we got in on the last day as it was quiet.
Overall I would say it was a nice stay but it was a little off and odd in certain ways and could be improved slightly. You can tell it’s more set up for tour groups and conferences than casual guests.
Also just be aware there are no public transport options nearby. The nearest metro is a 20 min walk away. The plus side about it though is that it is a gorgeous walk to the station through Paterna which was a safe and beautiful area.

Breakfast offering was terrible and seemed to have only one serving. Had to ask the only staff member to replenish empty dishes
