Check in instructions could be worded differently to clear up confusion but in hindsight not completely the owners fault. Comfortable casa. The location and access to the beach was convenient and enjoyable. Thank you. We would stay again!

Overall great experience. Close to the beach and easy access to other things in St. Augustine. Only downside was the Wi-Fi was terrible. We could never get our devices to connect. Other than that, everything else was terrific :)

Quick walk to the sand, clean rooms, cozy beds, fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked. The pool was very clean and the pool maintenance guy was cleaning the pool early one morning and it seemed to be a very thorough assessment and cleaning process. We loved our visit there

The condo was clean and had everything we needed (except beach towels which we purchased at Walgreens for 4.99 each ). Tv set up had four remotes which was a little confusing. Besides these issues we had a great time. Close to grocery stores and down town St. Augustine. Everyone was super friendly. Would come back again.

The condo was clean and great location that was a quick walk to the beach. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the king bed has to be replaced. I felt like I was sleeping in a rut and was literally in pain sleeping in it. I had to move to the queen bed in the middle of the night because of that. I wish the prices weren’t so high in the future or we would definitely stay again.

Condo was clean and easy access to pool and beach. It was a difficult to get the TV volume to work, that took a while. The volume on TV does not work well, so a sound bar is provided but it took a while to get it to work. Instructions would be helpful for future rentals. No washer /dryer in condo but does have a laundry room on site and they worked well. Overall a wonderful vacation rental.

The location was great! The proximity to the ocean was great. The property has a lot of older people living there so there are a lot of rules to follow. But everyone was nice. The washer dryer being a coin laundry was the biggest inconvenience and is the main reason we won’t choose to stay here again. It was a great trip, so if laundry isn’t a necessity I would highly recommend it!

This condo met all of our standards. Clean, supplied with all the necessities, and could see and hear the ocean from the balcony! The check-in and check-out process is super easy and convenient. Thanks for making our stay easy and enjoyable in St. Augustine. If we return, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Had an issue with the freezer motor keeping us awake. Also I followed the checkout directions and received a call about the key. I told them I dropped it in the drop box like instructed to do.

As the other reviews indicated, unit had lots of deferred maintenance. My bad, I filtered for washer/dryer but did not see it was shared. Shared translated to coin-operated across the property with no change machine. There were lots of supplies to get us through our stay. The unit had a number of cleaning issues and an overall odor. Management did offer to send the cleaning service back. It is actually oceanfront. The walk to the beach is just over the protective sand dune.

The location and setting were terrific. Just a short walk to the beach and 10-minute drive to St. Augustine. The festive atmosphere for the holidays was an unexpected treat, and we loved the Pirate Museum and the Fort. Having the two bedrooms upstairs (with an extra sink in master BR) really made the accommodations easy for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Overall, a nice complex.

The house was the perfect location if you are going for the beach first and downtown second, like we were. It is also central to grocery stores and everything else you will need. The outlets are only a small drive which is also great! The common areas are great, the games are stocked, the patio is gorgeous with a high top table n chairs so you can see the ocean without the distracted view of the railing! The living room couch and recliner were soooo comfy! But, the house does need some updates. This is a 2/2 2 floor home with a small full bathroom downstairs, kitchen and dining/living combo. Upstairs is the common bedrooms on the sides and bathroom in the middle, there is no designated master. The bedrooms and stairs have carpet, and there should not be carpet in a rental, I think. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all, in either room. My husband and I chose the downstairs bathroom to use, because we were with another couple. We literally had to shower together, because the shower head was a hand held that would not serve as a shower, we had to hold it up for each other to shower under. In the end, it was just the beds, carpet and shower heads that need updating really. It is a super quiet relaxing complex, with extremely nice residents. We will come back again, but we will look for a more updated unit.

It was nice and quiet! However the condo is worn and aged. There seemed to be cigarette smoke. There was a foul smell from the bathroom. Scuff marks all over the wall. Carpet needs replaced or at least cleaned.

Great place to stay! It's not the newest but it has all the amenities you'll need. This is a duplex; bedrooms and a bathroom is upstairs. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room, another bathroom and a balcony (with a little view of the ocean). There is no in-room laundry; there is a laundromat in complex however.
