Superb

Very nice house, great equipment, enough space. Nice view. Very close to Christo Rei. I really liked the indoor car garage.

Ants were all over the place, they destroyed all our food. Bed in the ground floor was a bit broken.

Enjoyed our stay, damaged clothing took a little shine off

good clean villa, nice layout, safe parking, great view from terrace

Difficult to fault the villa, however a big issue we had was the washing machine, this damaged our clothing, ruined 3 tops and trousers , the drum catches and pulls threads, which has damaged expensive polo shirts. the terrace is situated on an exposed corner, which gets a full force when the wind blows, the spa is very open and lacks privacy. the furniture on the terrace seems a bit tired

Outstanding ocean views over the Atlantic,

We stayed here for a month as part of a long trip to Madeira to work and explore the island. Check in and communication was very good and easy. The views from this house were outstanding during the day and at night. The WiFi was good and reliable - 50-60mbs - as I worked a lot using video calling. The terrace was really spacious and all the garden areas were well kept. Huge garage and secure gate. Powerful shower and decent bed (but we had to ask for cotton sheets.. the hosts were really helpful and swapped straight away). Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, freezer etc.

The polyester sheets were uncomfortable after a night & we were lucky the hosts were good and swapped them straight away. The jacuzzi in the terrace was also a problem - we bought chemicals to clean it and refilled it but it was still unusable. The double room in the basement has no window! Not clear in pictures but just two of us stayed here so fine - upstairs rooms great.

Nice house with stunning view

The terass with the barbecue and the stunning view.

The ants in the kitchen and worms on the first floor. I understand that getting rid of the ants can be difficult, but good, tight jars to store food would help. Now they got into everything.

Too close to the road (therefore noise early in the morning since the acoustic isolation is very poor) Lack of good light shading of 2 rooms (those with windows).
