Loved our stay here. Perfect room with good shower, kitchenette, safe, air con. Great location for accessing public transport and plenty of eateries etc within walking distance. Would stay again. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Not enough electrical sockets. Had to use bedside sockets for toaster, kettle etc. no safe spot to use the above except by balancing on very small area. As i said more sockets needed or at least multi plug options

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and the well-equipped kitchenette made preparing my own breakfast convenient. The provided fridge and iron were thoughtful additions, and the presence of a lift was definitely a plus.

location very good to discover the city, little outside, but the bus stop is really close. I only stayed one night, but it was very comfortable!

We stayed 5 nights during easter. We got upgrade from the lower floor. The check in was smooth. There was a nice capsule espresso maker and small fridge in the room. The heater was work. We was terrified from reading the review about stealing, so we are very prepared to lock everything.
I hope they could provide the shampoo and soap without asking. And most of the time the bath towel are missing.
If the concierge is 24/7, it would feel more comfortable.

Excellent value for money with spacious, comfortable rooms. The location was fantastic only a few minutes walk from Kensington park and tube/bus stops.

Very nice place, clean and good room and good area. The space is not so big, but enough for me. I will be back there for sure so can recommend it :)

The room was good with kitchen facilities, hob with 2 rings, fridge and toaster. There was one frying pan and a saucepan a few utensils - including sharp knife and chopping board. Crockery and cutlery for 2 people. Shower was efficient. Cupboard space good for a few days.
Wifi was good and there were usb charging points
No washing up liquid, scourer or dishcloth - we had to go out and buy them. The plates and mugs all needed rewashing. There was nowhere to dry towels, a heated towel rail would have been good.

Location is good. only 10 mins walk to Paddington station and 7 mins walk to Queensway station.

Great location and comfortable room for a short trip to London. Easy check in/out, complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch.
The room was not really cleaned in between, they didn't take away the used mugs or replace the complimentary coffee pods. Also they only provided 2 large bath sheets which were also not replaced (no hand or face towels)

I visited for honeymoon! The room was vvvvvvvery cozy and lovely. Chaker who is the hotel clerk is very kind and lovely. He did all my requests friendly! and give a tip of London trip. The hotel's location is perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Great location, only few minutes walking from tubes and Hyde Park. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended and we will propobaly use it again.
Only minus is they don't have car park, but we knew about it and for this price it's absolutely understandable.

Location of this hotel is really great. In center of London, very close to public transport. Room was clean, small and enough for 3 days in London.
The bathroom door doesn`t close. The bedding was worn. The windows was dirty and had mold.

The property wouldn’t let us rearrange our stay despite train strikes making it physically impossible to get down - no flexibility to change date of stay to another weekend - wouldn’t recommend.

Well equipped and clean room
No lamps only bright roof lights. You could everything going on in the hall through the door plus worst of all the sound of waste going through the pipes after being flushed in other rooms.
When the do not disturb was not on the door, fresh towels were put on the bed, but the (full) bin wasn't emptied or bed made up.
