This hotel has clear advantages and disadvantages. Let me start with the negative. The picture from Hotels.com clearly shows 3 single beds when you select a room for 3 people. When we got to the room, there was a tiny double bed and a single bed. I tried to get the hotel to arrange something. I said a cot or a mattress would suffice, but nothing was possible. It all ended with us having to book another room, which cost much more. We stayed here for four nights. Then there was the air conditioning in the room, which is good. But to get air to it, the large window was open and it was not possible to close. It was not good with a lot of noise from the street which was very disturbing. But there are also positive things. Central in Bayswater. Good cleaning på rommet hver dag. Nyoppusset bad. Bitteliten frokostsal med noe venting. Men ok utvalg og en hyggelig dame som alltid husket hvem som skulle ha te eller kaffe eller grove eller finte toast.

This hotel went above and beyond to see that our requests were met and that we had a comfortable room. Going above the expectations on many levels. We changed our hotel from a flagship brand at the last minute to this hotel. It did not disappoint. We are a family of five and the rooms were comfortable for all of us.

We had a lovely stay at the "Duke of Keinster" hotel: comfortable beds, good breakfast, sparkling clean and great service. To European guests: be aware that British hotels have smaller rooms than what you're used to. We will definetely stay here the next time we're visiting London.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were great and very friendly. The room was well maintained and clean. But the hotel, in my opinion, was very, very cramped. The room which was meant for 4 people was too small, with very little space for our clothes and luggage. Even though we only slept in there, there was very little space to manoeuvre around the room. The dining room at breakfast was crowded. The lift was so small and left me feeling claustrophobic. The room was far too hot as well. There was an air conditioning unit available. However, the only available plug for it was in the tiny space that was free. Overall it was nice but not sure if I'd return due to how cramped it felt.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathroom. Satisfactory breakfast. Everything was great.

Service from staff is exelent. both the breakfast staff and the reception staff is doing their outmost to please the guests. Bathrooms are very small and the same goes for the escalator. but despides that the hotel is near perfect when it comes to location

The stay was very pleasant and the service was excellent. The personnel were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcomed. It’s close it stations so it’s very central and practical.
