I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and added the breakfast option to this trip. When I got to the hotel, I was told that due to the renovation of the hotel (which was stated when I booked) they were not currently offering breakfast. I was told to let Expedia know about this-which I did. Since payment was not completed until I registered, I was given a credit on my card. Also, currently there is no bar in the hotel. Mornings including Sunday were noisy with construction, but as I stated, I was aware of this when I booked. Hotel is clean and close to 3 Tube stations. Many restaurants are close (Queensway) for breakfast. I will definitely stay there again if I am in London.

Was not aware they were doing renovations when we came. Looks lovely now that they are done, but difficult to navigate the reconstruction with suitcases.

Although the hotel was undergoing some renovations - the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was so helpful and greeted you every day - I will definitely stay here again, and looking forward to seeing it once all the renovations are completed.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The reception area and room were very cool, considering it was one of the hottest days of the year. The staff were very freindly and provided extra tea and coffee for the room when we asked. The room was showing signs of wear and taer, but I believe they are currently refurbishing. This didn't detract in anyway from the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Despite being very close to Hyde Park, the room was very quiet at night.
I would recommend and I would happily stay here again.
