The location is the best in Baqueira. The hotel is clean and overall well maintained. Food at Pimiento Verde was very good.
The effect of seasonal workers is very apparent, everyone is very friendly but there is a significant gap in 5 star hotel knowledge and competency. Follow ups on reported issues are lacking, quality of service is below expectations. Rooms are way too hot. No place for families to hang out between meals. Used to have more restaurants and food selections. Do not order poached egg for breakfast, it was not appetizing (egg yolk floating in half cooked egg white) and was served cold. Go for the egg Benedict instead as it was perfectly cooked and well presented.

The personnel were extremely friendly and attentive, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast offered a good selection of food, with fresh and tasty options.
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well during the stay.
