La ubicación es muy buena, muy cómoda para ir a esquiar. El personal muy amable y atento.
La habitación pequeña, las camas incómodas y pequeñas, con unas ruedas que dificultan mantenerlas en su posición. La habitación muy deteriorada con el mobiliario lleno de golpes y muy desgastado. El baño incómodo, incomprensible que resulte imposible sentarse en el wc sin chocar y tener problemas con el soporte para el papel de higiénico. El hotel en general es muy ruidoso, en la habitación por estar cerca de las escaleras el ruido era bastante desagradable. En la cena el ruido era tendente a insoportable, parecía más una casa de colonias que un hotel de lujo.
