Good location - metro right nearby and only a 10/15 minute stroll to Bloomsbury & Soho. Staff were super friendly and attentive. They really seemed willing to go out of their way to make you feel welcome, which was really nice. Competitive pricing (for London).
While the building has a nice, historic feel, it could do with some upgrading here and there. The carpets in the room were very worn, the bed was about as soft as sleeping on the floor, and the general cleanliness levels were quite superficial - like everything has been getting a quick once over so it "looks clean" for a bit too long - for example: the air conditioner and bathroom vents were both completley full of dust.

A lovely big double room with everything you could wish for. Shower was nice and hot, toiletries provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Very close to the BT tower and Tottenham Court Road, easy walking distance to everything central in London.

Great location at the heart of London! Rooms were fine and clean :) we could also leave luggage in a safe storage before checking in which was great.
Like everywhere central in London, it’s very expensive. Also breakfast is not included in the high price.
