Perfect for seeing a show at the Palladium. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean. The room was lovely with a really comfortable bed and really clean bathroom.

Its proximity to The London Palladium Theatre (its less than a minute’s walk to the main entrance). Our double room was a good size and very comfortable.

Easy check in and check out, helpful staff, comfy bed and large room.
Shower took a while to heat up and only did so when on full blast which wasn’t rather enjoyable. We unfortunately were in a room directly under I believe the kitchen/rooftop bar area therefore there was lots of noise but I understand this couldn’t really be helped so we were able to look past this.
