We didn’t get any information about what services available in the hotel when we checked in… , front disk girl was not professional in loudly saying .. sir your card was declined… and she was mistaken.. she charged my cards twice.. and they had to refund me.. a gentleman in the front disk was awesome and went the extra mile to help me finding my phone I lost in the taxi
Overall the front disk manager was nice and apologetic
We loved the hotel .. overall and we will come back

Located in a fun area, the hotel is both boutique and trendy. Please make sure to visit the roof top bar!!

From super welcoming staff to the finely appointed rooms, amazing turndown and housekeeping service, and the guest priority rooftop bar, nook, and restaurant, we truly felt appreciated as guests and would never hesitate to recommend the hotel. Location is prefect for being near all the action in SOHO, while not being in the thick of it, so it was still quiet in the room at night. We will be back again.
