Room very nice and clean, breakfast, very good, location super and at the Reception ----the woman Rose and the man Dimitri were very, very friendly and helpful !!!!!

The staff were brilliant. Very friendly and very helpful. We would particularly like to mention Lovanshi, Uda Sushama and Udayshri. They looked after us very well.
Unfortunately the scaffolding detracting from our view and the remediation work was very noisy outside our window.

Excellent location overlooking Leicester Square nr Chinatown and Soho.
Greeted by Olivia at the desk who was extreemly friendly and did all she could to welcome myself and latterly my partner. Dimitry ( sure that was his name) took care of our bags and again was very welcoming.
Our delux double room was spacious, immaculatly presented and very clean.
It was our 1st anniversary the hotel kindly left us a beautiful card and x2 bottles of fizz to celebrate a lovely gesture that was much appreciated.

Staff was very friendly. Room was large and very quiet even though right in the heart of Picadilly/theater district. The room was clean and neat.
Not a sningle drawer in the room. Not a dresser, nothing. That means we had to live out of our suitcases, which is inexcusable. There was way more room than necessary for a chest of drawers. The shower, while modern, was very small; same for the sink and the toilet.
