The rooms were very large and beautifully furnished. Everything was exceptional quality. Fully stocked mini bar. The staff were all very approachable and friendly.
I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Charging extra for regular room cleaning when the price was already sky high was a bit much to be honest.

The location of the Haymarket cannot be beat. It is quiet but also near so many museums, shops and theatre. The staff is solicitous without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all amenities one could need.

Friendly staff, no hurries, pristine and I really lived the decor. Great restaurant and breakfast. Location fantastic!

A beautiful hotel in the best location being close to the hustle and bustle but not in it. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable. Staff were superb especially the door staff and concierge.
There is a gratuity charge on the nightly room rate. This totalled 123 pounds for 3 nights in our case. I was never told about this and only was because I questioned it on check out. I was then told it was voluntary. I felt the way this is handled by the hotel was very deceitful bordering on fraudulent as it was clear they would only disclose the charge if challenged.
