The location was fantastic, close to the underground to make it easy to get around.
They didn’t seem very flexible and able to manage a request to check out 1 hour later despite asking at check-in and being told to request on departure day.

Great location, brilliant staff
We usually visit the roof terrace but were not advised that it was closed when we booked. Somewhat disappointing
