Super fancy hotel with all the amenities you can think of. Great breakfast and amazing service.
WIFI is a bit slow and the water in the shower goes from normal to lava hot spontaneously

The room was roomy enough especially for London and therefore a decent value. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Location is central and close to everything we wanted to see. Nice to be so close to a tube station. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all our questions with a smile.
For me the room was dark even with all the lamps on. The table lamp was especially wonky and fell over and the bulb broke at a touch. There is lots of noise from the street which made it a challenge to sleep at times. Shower hand wand needed a deep clean.

The staff was incredibly helpful, from check in instructions, helping with our luggage, arranging airport transportation, and even locating and mailing back my husband's phone when he left it in the airport transfer van. We could not have asked for better service. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were very clean, and the water pressure in the showers was near miraculous. We had a fantastic stay.
The bed was a bit uneven. I slept fine, but my husband said that one half of the king/queen bed was significantly lumpier than the other.
