Nice clean however a little noisy

The room was nice and clean. Well decorated and didn't feel small. The down stairs lobby was nice and presentable and the bar was nice.

Everything was lovely till the morning. Unfortunately you can hear everyone leaving there rooms and it gives uni feelings when you can hear the room above you showering or plugging in there phone to the sockets. Really it was nice just the soundproofing is bad. I would stay again but speak with reception to get a quite room.

Good location

Convenience, the bar food, and quarkiness of the artwork in the hotel.

The noise level from outside was very loud, even from 6 floors up. Breakfast buffet was very expensive for what we got, and there was major pressure to download the app for Melia hotels to check in (1 received 3-4 emails reminding me to check in), which I do not want on my phone. The hotel carpets in the hallway looked a little run down and stained.

I like the cozying of the room as well as the Christmas vibes and decorations! It’s awesome

Excellent, would highly recommend

Location excellent, food was good, decor was lovely staff were friendly and nothing was any trouble, room was small but comfortable and clean

Heating in our room was originally not working and was very hot on arrival, this was sorted quickly. However, never quiet got there in terms of either to hot or to cold

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Close to the Oxford Street around 15min by walking.

Perfect hotel! Don't hesitate. Take a suite. Staff absolutely amazing - each one of them

Perfect hotel! We took 2 suites so we had breakfast in a separate restaurant that is open almost all day. There is Tapas bar in the afternoon included. The staff were amazing. We got service from at least 15 members of staff and they were all wonderful. A walking distance from Oxford Circus. We enjoyed everything.

Mourning the previous decor which was elegant and luxurious, Spanish, vaguely moorish. Not it’s cheap vinyl fake wooden

Friendly staff. Hotel in good location near to tube stations. Hotel bar is excellent and spacious. Rooms very good size for London.

Comfortable room in well appointed hotel.

Location was excellent. Room was compact but clean. Great shower.

No iron in room. Air conditioning struggled to keep room cool. Lift controls were interesting! Quite a lot of corridor noise from closing doors.

The room decor was great and the reception areas were impressive.

Location is Prime, this is the same price as Radisson which would be my choice next time...

This location is primo! Right by Regents Park, Fitzrovia, Warren Street Tube, you can get anywhere and to the airports really easy. I think the location was far better than the hotel.

The room was decent size, but the AC did not work most of the time we were there, it wasn't particularly warm out but the windows don't crack open or anything so the room got very stuffy and warm

Enjoyed this hotel and would not hesitate to book a stay here again.

Staff were very friendly

I purchased a deluxe superior room with a king sized bed. I was given a small box room with a double bed. The room was so small, I had to move the furniture next to the door so I could go to the toilet at night without bumping in to it. Oh and the sink was in the hallway. Terrible room. When I asked why on reception, I was told that was a basic room I had paid for even though my booking confirmation showed a deluxe superior room. Don't be fooled, keep away!

Bad experience checking different price reserved by hotel from booking.com on checking plus £50 per night security depos

Room was as described but not worth 500 pounds a night.

I would visit again. But there are areas for improvement.

- Excellent Location (<5 minutes from 2 tube stations, 7 min from another, well connected by bus) - Very good breakfast buffet and restaurant - Helpful and polite staff. Also, well staffed - many hotels and shops in London have a staff shortage

- The room had no telephone, and the Melia App provided for room service etc was not reliable. There was an outside line on the App to order room service, but no one answered on several occasion - Given that rooms are fairly small, space could be more optimally used (e.g. nightstands/tables next to bed, had no storage) - Cleaners were variable. We stayed for 12 days, and on most days the cleaners were very good. But on a couple of days they had disarranged our clothes - On the last day of our stay, there was a large contingent of students staying at the hotel, and it was difficult to get a table for breakfast

Not pleasant at all.

Nice looking

Put in lower grade room than I paid for. Paid for King premium, was put in a double. Noisy, loud music so had to change rooms. Finally put in the room I originally paid for! No sound proofing what so ever, noisy neighbours constantly waking me. Housekeeping entered my room twice whilst I was naked in bed! Woke me at 7.50am knocking on my door, then entered my room without my consent at 8.30 to clean my room!! Clearly had not been told it was occupied. I complained to Reception, but it then happened a second time at 10.00am, just knocked once, and entered my room whilst I was getting dressed, I had to hold the door to stop the Lady still trying to push my door open, to check the Mini Bar, despite me telling her I was in my underwear!!!!! Manager too busy to see me when I checked out, but said he’d refund my room, 2 days later, this still hasn’t happened, and neither has my deposit been returned. An awful, stressful stay, a day before major Surgery. I will not be returning.

Disappointing

The location is great

The roon were not ready at 15:00 and check out dine atv16:00 with no ofer after long day the get something. Bad were unconfertable , call for help on air condition does not response at evening. And guests making noise without response frim hotel. We expected more from 4 star hotel and felt as 2 star hotel.cleaning serves came before time of checknout. Overall very disapointent when you give the hour of check in and room not reay

Staff were very friendly, room was nice. Mattress was very comfortable.

Pillows were a little flat and lumpy. The lift system was a bit odd.

Pretty good

Very clean. Very pretty. Great location.

We wanted twin beds to sleep separately. When I arrived, the beds were pushed together. I called twice to have the beds separated, no one showed up. I separated them myself, and the next day, housekeeping put them back together! And the room needs more hooks.

The bathroom smelled bad and the shower leaked because it didn’t close properly. The staff was also quite slow and not super friendly.
