Das Preus-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt keineswegs

Die gute Lage und der Ausblick

Unfreundliches Personal . Bei strömendem Regen standen wir um 14 Uhr vor verschlossener Tür. Nach mehrfachem Klingeln öffnete uns eine junge Dame vom Empfang mit verärgerter Miene die Tür. Auf Nachfrage ob nachmittags geschlossen sei, meinte sie schnippisch und gereizt: Ja, ich war auf der Toilette. Ein schriftlicher Hinweis am Hauseingang wäre hier hilfreich gewesen. Leider wird man am Empfang weder bei der An- noch Abreise höflich/freundlich begrüßt oder verabschiedet. Sauberkeit wird hier nicht groß geschrieben: Utensilien des Vorgängers (Schnuller und Brille) lagen am 6. Tag unseres Aufenthalts unter dem Bett. Spiegel war verschmiert und Pflegeprodukte wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Die Tagesdecke wurde unliebsam über den Sessel geworfen. Die Hausschuhe waren nicht vorhanden und beide Nachttischlampen hatten nicht funktioniert. Die vormals vorhandenen Verdunkelungsrollo-Vorhänge waren leider durch lichtdurchlässige ausgewechselt worden. Die Badewanne ist so schmal und klein, dass nur eine sehr zierliche Person darin baden kann.

Buena experiencia

Las habitaciones muy amplias. Antiguas pero muy bien cuidadas. Muy cerca del centro y de las zonas turísticas. Muy buenos precios del minibar.

Si quieres aparcar cerca del hotel, te puedes ir olvidando, ya que el hotel solo tiene 8 plazas de aparcamiento y en la calle es zona residencial donde no se puede aparcar. Aparcamiento público a 1km aproximadamente, pero muy caro, 60 euros pagué por dos días. ATENCIÓN! Hay una pequeña tienda de alimentación cerca, donde el vendedor es un chino. NO RECOMIENDO! Precios muy inflados. Casi 3 euros por una bebida energética que en una gasolinera costaba menos de 2 euros.

Would not recommend, but good location.

The location was good and freshly made bed each day.

There was supposed to be free tea and coffee making facility in the room, which was not there! If I had known Hot tub and sauna over priced at 5.000czk per person per hr . Work out 10.000 czk, we would not have booked. We arrived late so were not shown the spa facilities, so the next day we went down to find the spa only to get told off and wagging finger at us, and told this area was private! I felt like naughty schoolchild! I was hoping for a more friendly reception team, none of them were particularly friendly or welcoming. They also increased the mini barTariff after 2 days when we staying there and our Twix chocolate bar went missing!

No lifts to standard rooms (they do state this upfront) .. awful coffee for breakfast. We got charged slightly higher than what we purchased on booking.com

reasonably priced and good location. Staff very helpful with good recommendations on how to visit certain sights that we wanted to visit.

Charging for coffee pods is not good practice, but other than that nothing notable that we didn’t like.

Superb

The staff, location, rooms - all amazing. The paintings in the halls are exquisite. The room with a view of Prague castle is really worth the money.

I think the breakfasts could be a little improved, from selection to making sure food does not run out, but the stuff was very polite.

Very pleasent

Allmost all went well.

There were only two sockets in the room, both occupied by lamps. No free sockets. The shower should have a small rack for the shampoo.

the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are created and decorated carefully. the location is central and has parks for children nearby. the breakfast is sufficient and contains everything you need.

unfortunately, I would like to mention that I was a little disappointed with the services offered. I checked in on Friday at lunch and until Sunday afternoon no one came to change the towels, bring toilet paper, shower gel or pick up the trash. I personally took the trash and took it to the reception and only then did they send someone to clean it. other people in the hotel had the same problem, I heard them talking at breakfast. the reason cited by the hotel representative was that they did not know if anyone was in the room, even though I left the key at the reception from 9am to 2pm. another disappointment was that in the presentation it says that they have parking spaces, but in fact there is none, all the spaces in the area are part of the blue zone and cost 80 k/h and you cannot park for more than 1 hour. the staff at the reception redirected me to a private parking lot where it costs ~30 euros per day and the distance to the parking lot is 10 minutes on foot. if it rains it is very unpleasant.

gorgeous view across to the castle, friendly reception staff, really comfortable bed, clean, quiet, and perfect location!

nothing! only improvement would be breakfast… not much on offer. some more pastries would be good.

This is not our first time in U Pava and each time is a pleasure. The rooms are wonderfully furnished, reception is kind. Breakfast is superb. Wonderful window view. The location is absolutely perfect: So close to everything, but so serene and quiet. A beautiful peacock garden just outside the hotel. Public transport is 5 minutes away.

Room service/cleaning could've been better: There was quite a bit of dust on the surfaces and the cleaner forgot to restock the toilet paper twice. Additional electric sockets might be useful.

I have a gorgeous attic view of the Castle, which is lit up at night.

I'm still at U Pava. I extended my stay because my Ukraine family's visas have not arrived yet.

My family is staying more than 15 minutes away by taxi up a long winding hill. It would have been easier if I was closer to them.

Good but not as good as expected

Very close to most popular places

The room we’ve got had No hot water. We had to change the room in the evening after very long day. That is unacceptable. Finally we have got room with higher standard, but still i would prefer jest takie a bath and go to bed after exhausting day.
