Great location. Close to Charles Bridge and many restaurants. Beautiful rooms. We were booked to stay on the top floor, but because I had fallen off a step in Greece and had difficulty with stairs, they were very accommodating to move us to a more accessible room with an elevator. Breakfast was substantial and varied. Definitely recommend

Excellent location, lovely staff and very pleasant surroundings. A very enjoyable breakfast. The staff were happy to accommodate us leaving our luggage in Reception securely on our last day.
We did report the fact that the safe in the room did not work and needed new batteries. We reported it twice but nothing was done so we had to carry passports and cash with us

The location is great, easy walk to trams and tourist area. Breakfast was fine. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Even with my concerns with the staff I would still recommend this hotel.
The reception staf was for the most part terrible. I stayed at the hotel twice during my recent trip. On one occassion, I had to wake up the staff member inorder to check-out. I asked to change to another credit card from the one that I made the reservation with and he said it could not be done. I found that to be untrue when I asked the same on my second check-out and it was done no problem.. I asked the reception staff a few questions during both stays and received little positive response. In one case I asked about the airport and received a response "I don't take planes".

The breakfast options were plentiful and sufficient.
The room's heating was inadequate, and it was easy to catch a cold and get sick. They couldn't come up with a solution.
