The location was excellent, close to the Charles Bridge and the castle, a little off the main tourist traffic. We had family room, it was spacious, quiet, had 2 bathrooms and all you could possibly need for a family of 4. Ladies at the reception were lovely. Breakfast in the old cellar had a nice atmosphere and good choices.
Nothing comes to mind

Everything. Hotel is very cute, location is nice. The room was very spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. The staff made also the difference as they were very welcoming and helpful.
The hairdryer got overheated quickly. We had to call housekeeping to get a new one but they were very efficient at bringing a new one.
