Clean and welcoming with a good easy layout and very comfy beds, also very close to termini station but not on a noisy road.

Location is good, literally 5 minutes away from the main station
Staff in on the front desk were very friendly, polite & helpful
Room was clean & comfortable
Breakfast was ok
Room was a bit small - it was a single room to be fair, but there really wasn't much space in either bedroom or toilet
Price felt a touch expensive for what I got, compared to other European cities, but for Rome & for the location, it was ok

Proximity to the station. Luggage storage was very handy as I was earlier than expected.
Room was clean and shower water pressure was great.
Room was tiny, but for a solo traveller for one night it was ok and adequate.
