Hotel Alpi was an outstanding choice for a family holiday. The staff at Hotel Alpi are fantastic - so welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious enough and the area where the hotel is located is close to most sites within walking distance.

Nicely appointed rooms and excellent service within close proximity to Termini train station. Also has a cute bar for a quick cocktail. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located. Very close to rail and metro stations. A lot of good restaurants around as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite comfortable and well furnished. Highly recommend it

Overall, this is a very good three-star hotel, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a very good three-star hotel. The staff is very professional, helpful, friendly, approachable, and very familiar with what tourists are looking for... from the kitchen/dining room staff to the front desk staff. The facility is very clean and very conveniently located. The train station is not very far and there is a very good food court at the station. Also, there is a small supermarket within walking distance (approximately 5 min), The area is quiet and safe. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a small window facing another building. Breakfast was not included, so we paid for breakfast -- it was a simple, but decent breakfast buffet. The hotel is nicely decorated, but the decor looks tired, and the elevator needs to be upgraded. I give this hotel three stars simply because we got (unnecessarily) stuck in the elevator and it was not fun. Since it is an old elevator, the door does not open by itself. You have to push it a little hard and then it will open. There is no sign on the elevator door, and no one told us that we had to push the door. So, when we reached the second floor, I knocked on the elevator door several times, but no one heard me. Then, in less than a minute the light turned off, so we were stuck inside a dark and very small elevator until my husband pushed the alarm and someone came to open the door.

Overall the property was well maintained, very convenient as its near the termini station which had trains and metro. Lots of local food options. Staff were incredibly helpful

The only thing wrong was there elevator was out of service and we had a handicapped lady with our party and they couldn’t put us on the bottom floor.

Really good area, around 5-10 mins walk from main train station (Roma Termini) so easy to get to from the airport. Several nice restaurants comfortably within walking distance (turn right when exiting hotel and just walk straight up and you will stumble upon several great options). Walking distance to most of the main attractions - we walked from the hotel to: Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon. We got a taxi to Vatican City which was around €15. Hotel rooms are slightly dated, but I suppose it is to be expected in Rome, everything is old! So no big deal, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to re-book if we come back in future.

This boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and our waiter “Yacine” was wonderful and treated us like we were at a 5 star restaurant. The location was convenient close to the main train station and subway to all attractions. Rome was extremely busy and hot, and we were happy we were not in the center of things. We would highly recommend this hotel

What a little gem! So unassuming from the street. But the minute you walk in the door you know you're in a top notch hotel. Staff so polite. Place is spotless and wonderfully decorated. One of those places where they pay attention to detail. Dining room, other public spaces and the room itself all have great attention to detail. Felt like a SLH (small luxury hotel of the world) quality hotel.

Boutique style decor in a period building made this an interesting property for our stay. The location in a quiet and pleasant area near the main station was useful for getting around. The room whilst small had plenty of storage and all the facilities required for a short stay. Breakfast and the coffee were both very good.

Excellent hotel very close to the main train station in Rome. Very good amenities and the best hair dryer I have encountered at a hotel, they even provide you with a diffuser (If you have curly hair, this is important) they give you slippers an there is a fantastic walk in shower. The downside was breakfast - not much variety
