The staff here are all incredible! Everyone was so pleasant, welcoming and helpful. They really go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The property was extremely clean, it was quiet and tucked away from the bustle of central Rome. The breakfast was incredible. Fantastic stay, will definitely be back!

Outstanding hotel in Rome, from start to finish we couldn't fault this place. On arrival we were welcomed with a drink and then the staff came outside and sat down with us with a tourist map and identified the best places to go with personal reccomendations (two of which we tried and were very good).
The room was incredible with a beautiful painted ceiling and a fantastic balcony too.
Large, comfortable bed and all the amenities you would need.
They do an appretivo / free drink between 5.30pm -7pm which you can have downstairs in the bar our outside downstairs, or alternatively you can take it up to the rooftop bar which is fantatic.
Breakfast had plenty of choice and was always good.
Staff were 10/10 and you can see why the reviews are so positive about them - nothing was too much trouble.

There were so many things to like about this hotel. Stylish, clean, lovely quiet area but close and convenient to transport and some unexpected sights but the absolute standout is the staff. Every single one was genuinely welcoming, friendly, helpful, if I stayed longer I’m sure they would start to feel like family!

The staff are fantastic and could not be more helpful- really above and beyond - all of them.
The location suited us - between Termini and the Embassy District.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
There’s a lot to commend about this hotel as they’ve got a lot right - not least interacting with guests.
Only one thing negatively affected our stay. We were woken after a couple of hours by a strange noise in our room. It seemed to be coming from some device that was plugged in but we were uncertain what it was and whether it could be safely unplugged.
We should have reported it when it woke us (c. 1:00 am) so that was our mistake but I had very little sleep after that.
I am a light sleeper but measured the decibels from this device which were c. 45-55 - too noisy for undisturbed sleep. My mistake was not going to reception in the middle of the night to get this sorted but the noise kept going on and off so I thought it might resolve itself. I accept hotels can do little when issues aren’t raised at the time but I didn’t want to disturb my wife (who slept through most of it) or other guests.
