I liked the convenience of the hotel to the Termini Metro Station. The hotel was very well suited for a good stay with touring and the location was nice. I appreciate the service of the staff and helping to prearrange our transport from the airport to the hotel. They answered quickly and gave me confidence that I was in good hands.
The breakfast was okay. It was not worth 20 Euros pp. The water pressure was inconsistent.

The pool was nice. Close to the train station. Staff were nice.
The bed was round. Not great for tall people. The pillows were terrible to sleep on. There were no glasses to enjoy a drink, and when asked for was told had we upgraded we would have got them.
