We had a wonderful stay at Hotel El Palmeral. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to the beach and local attractions, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh food. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would happily stay here again.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything met our expectations, and the staff made sure we had a pleasant stay.

La localización está genial, el chico de el bar es muy amable y el recepcionista de la noche también.
Me gusta que puedan entrar mascotas.
Encontramos el baño muy sucio nada más llegar (pasta de dientes en el lavabo, pelos y polvo por todas partes). Nadie lo había limpiado. Decidimos decirle a la mujer de la limpieza lo que habíamos encontrado sin querer crear problemas simplemente que lo limpiara y nos puso en duda de forma muy mal educada y malhumorada.
Cuando le contamos a la recepcionista la situación no estuvo para nada a la altura con su respuesta y su poca simpatía.
Muy ruidoso , a partir de las 8 de la mañana empiezan a mover las camas arrastrando los muebles y despertando a todos sin ninguna consideración. Las paredes son muy finas.
