Decor was nice, food from restaurant was excellent. Pillows and bed were quality and comfy and staff were really nice. Had a parking space space at the back. Location was fab!

It's a well run boutique hotel that is away from the bustling town centre and a short(ish) walk away from the best restaurants and bars. The in house bar area is very nice, the staff very accommodating and it's ideally located for buses into town and/or from the airport.
Not all the staff at reception were as attentive as the more engaging ones. The upgrade room request was not actioned or acknowledged.

The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room were soo helpful.
The reception lady when I checked in was very frosty and I did not feel welcome.
