Good location. Perfectly clean and comfortable - breakfast let it down.

Dinner was nice in the front conservatory. Cooked omelette at breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was chaotic - staff were late, continental choices were nowhere to be seen. Not open early enough for my husband who was in business. Tea cups in room too small. Mugs might be better.

Freundlichkeit des Personals..sonst nix...

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erschreckend schlechter Zustand...Schmutz und kaputte Einrichtung..Schimmel in der Dusche kaputte Gardinen..Lampen ohne Funktion..das erste zugewiesene Zimmer war schon Schrott.. klein und laut Faustgrosse Löcher in der Gardine....dann nach Beschwerde ein ruhigeren Zimmer bekommen...ruhig ab 21.00 vorher links und rechts die Abluftrohre der Küche...wir wussten also bei offenem Fenster was die Gäste bestellten...Zimmerzustand von 3 Lampen ging eine..Die Duscharmatur konnte man mitsamt Verrohrung aus der Wand ziehen..Beim Verstellen musste man sie festhalten.Duschtür klemmt und die Beleuchtung über dem Waschbecken keine Funktion..Spiegelränder blind...absolutes Abenteuerzimmer..

Fantastic shower and lovely adequate room and lovely and clean. As soon as I reported a slight blocked drain in the shower you were very quick to sort out problem thank you

Thoroughly enjoyable short stay. Hotel gave us a good welcome and we will definitely be back .

Very clean room. It overlooked gorgeous allotments and tennis courts at the back of the hotel and had a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was spacious. The shower itself had good pressure. It was very quiet so we had good quality sleep while we were there. The breakfasts were superb.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We thought the decor was a little tired and dated but it certainly wouldn’t put us off staying there again.

A lovely hotel worth every penny

Arriving at the cults it has a welcoming look to the outside the receptionist was very polite and helpful with me being disabled I used the lift, that was quite the experience as I have never been in one quite like that one before, the room was lovely very spacious the bed was extra large the mattress was a little to firm for me, but that is my preference the room has a balcony which was very nice for morning tea, you could watch people work in their allotments or the sport courts. We were booked in for bed and breakfast there was plenty of choice of hot and cold meals plus plenty of tea and coffee, we also had a evening meal again plenty of choice and very nice, the waiting staff were very polite and nothing seemed to much if extra items were required. Over all a lovely place to stay and if i,m in Aberdeen again I would stay here again.

The only issue I had would be the bath mat this one was not in the best condition.

lovely hotel and great staff

lovely room, great location for a wedding we attended in Mary Culter House. bed comfy and linen very crisp and clean. the room itself was very warm which disturbed our sleep. Jess and her team went above and beyond from arranging taxis to applying false lashes! we had a lovely stay, thank you.

room far too hot, window in bathroom couldn’t be opened.

First Class. Will defo stay again.

The Cults Hotel never disappoints. The staff bend over backwards to assist you and are so friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in the Cults many times over the years with work and wouldn't hesitate recommending this Hotel. The Breakfast is so good as it is freshly made and the bar/restaurant area is very relaxing.

I thought the hotel was very smart, very good interior design. The bar and restaurant didn't have an 'urgency' about them. Staff very approachable and cheerful. The soom was tidy and nicely lit. The bed was good. Ensuite was, like everywhere very clean.. I would reccomment it and I shall be back later.

The only reason that I have not given 10 out of 10 is being woken up at 7.45am by contractors, electricians I believe starting work in the corridor outside my room. I didn't anticipate starting my electrical apprenticeship in my bedroom. I appreciate that contrctors like to start early but exceptions ought to be made On that note I was disappointed. Still, a good stay overall.

Most enjoyable - will visit again if possible.

Enjoyed the friendliness of the management and staff. The menu was good and the food excellent. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Since the weather was not great, it would have been good to have a comfortable lounge. The bar was well stocked but not the most comfortable to spend an afternoon.

we couldn’t stay

the staff were friendly and helpful. room was nice and the balcony was a nice touch.

there was a party on on the floor below which bellowed through the room. music and voices on the microphone. we love to see people having a nice time and completely understand these things are booked in. we just had travelled 8 hours that day so we were tired and just wanted a quiet night. upon speaking to the staff they quickly informed us that this would be on going until 11.30pm ( we arrived at 7pm) and that we could move rooms ( trying to rectify the situation, thank you for that) but just too much for us. so we couldn’t stay.

Very good rate for the area, spacious room with balcony looking onto allotments. Helpful staff. Well placed for bus routes into town.

wouldn’t stay again!

it was close to where my sons exam was early the next day

think it’s rather over priced for what it is. the rooms are dated, bathroom floor was dirty, shower controls are hanging off the wall, wall heater squint on the wall! my son and I had a bowl of cereal and glass of orange juice and they tried to charge me £12 for this! Ridiculous i could’ve bought numerous boxes of cereal and orange juice for that amount! she reduced it to £6 after I complained but even still! daylight robbery!!

Had a really great stay, the staff were lovely and obliging - let me leave a bag for a few hours too

I paid a little extra for a balcony and it had a gorgeous view over a garden out the back.

disappointing

the bar and dining room xx

bed creeked, bedroom door couldn’t get open for ages ,there was a bad smell in hallway and the lamp didn’t work in room also no wash products at all were in hotel room on day for £100 a night you would expect this to be better. left manger message no one got in touch.

Dated, poorly maintained hotel.

restaurant / bar area is very nice, tastefully decorated.

Bathroom was mouldy and rusty. Wi-fi was down. Limited bar menu with a bar person that didn’t know what they were doing or what they had. Balcony had a horrendous view of run down allotments and overgrown garden. Very noises doors and paper thin walls. Heard the housekeepers entire conversation at 7am!
