Location was great. Staff very polite and helpful.
Music round the main pool was very loud in the afternoon. Background music would have been better

Simply outstanding all round. The staff could not do more to make our stay more comfortable. The facilities were excellent, very family friendly though equally adults would no doubt enjoy their stay too.
Given this is largely all inclusive, the standard of food and drink was the highest I've ever experienced. They kept a balance of quality over quantity. Couldn't recommend this place more strongly!
We had a daily massage to start the day and the Therapists were great. A fantastic start to the day! But, they clearly have a few management issues and they would benefit on upgrading on the general ambience - full lighting on during a relaxing massage is not necessary, for example.
But, this really is splitting hairs. All the staff were wonderful and we wouldn't have changed any aspect of our stay.
