Yes the kitchen was fully equipped and yes there were shops nearby. Everything was very clean. Darla was the perfect host.

It was fine, smells musty like it is old. Lack of AC was an issue for me, but I rented it knowing there wasn't any. No curtains on bedroom window didn't help with the heat or daylight coming in. Great location. A few cobwebs. Basics included. Only 1 set of bath towels was disappointing, but again I did not ask for extra.
