Absolutely beautiful interior and exterior with incredible grounds stacked with history - highly recommend the incredible St.. Pierre circular walk with written directions to add to the fun and an incredible buffet breakfast
It was perfect but a vending machine like other Marriott’s would have helped

The location was good and facilities it offered ie pool and gym were good
The property could do with an upgrade the bedroom doors were all marked and dirty looking as you walked through the corridor the room itself could do with a freshen up and the lower room we were in was overlooked by the footpath for the golf course and there was no privacy when getting changed without closing the blinds could of done with a net blind so you had a bit of privacy to get change without closing natural light rather than having to close the curtains all the time.

Room was well appointed apart from a stupid little, non-functional bin and no toilet brush. Other than that, it was exactly as required. Good quality bedding, comfortable bed and the views over the golf course were beautiful.
Breakfast was excellent!
Two very small things that we more of a niggle than a complaint, No toilet brush and a small silly bin in the room.

Main house is picturesque, day staff were kind
Given twin room in the main house when booked a double, got told were being upgraded but were moved to the adjoining ‘village’ which was very dated and basic. Room smelt of smoke and when we complained about this, were only given air freshener and told to open the windows even though it was 11pm in October. Day staff were embarrassed by this and were kind but very disappointing from the night staff who did this.
