Location is great. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Little pastries and breakfast things available in the mornings.
The WiFi didn’t work most of the time, which was a complete dealbreaker and means I would not return. Strangely there was also no duvet on the bed when we arrived and we had to request one.

Hotel has been recently refurbished, the facilities are comfortable and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is close to tourist attractions and to train station. The staff is very friendly, especially Simo and Alberto, always ready to give good advice or offer a cup of coffee. I felt supported and cared for the entire time.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the hospitality! Raisa and Nassim were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Jessica, the owner, was equally wonderful. They genuinely made us feel at home and added a lovely personal touch to our experience in Florence.

The location was good, room comfortable.
Our stay was from a Friday to Tuesday. There was never any staff at all in attendance. There was no breakfast, despite 2-3 tables and a small basic kitchen in the lobby. Lobby is up a flight of stairs, and our room was up another flight. No elevator. Elderly people would find this a challenge.
