The rooms are spacious, and the area is quiet :)

The room was fairly spacious, clean and quiet. I did not have breakfast in the hotel as it was quite expensive and local cafes offered much better prices - so I can't give an opinion. Generally, I enjoyed my stay very much.
Basically everything was OK. There was only one thing I was unhappy with: the price for parking. I ended up parking nearby at a different car park at over EUR 70 less.

Great location, comfortable accommodation, and a very attentive and helpful host.
The only minor inconvenience was that using other electrical appliances while someone was showering caused the hot water to stop

location to metro, very quiet room.
shower leaked all over the bathroom. reception staff did not address us when leaving room keys at checkout.
