The hotel has a beautiful, spacious and exceptionally well-maintained green territory. Everything is very clean and cared for, and the gardeners do an excellent job. We loved seeing turtles, hedgehogs, a coyote and many well-cared-for cats around the property.
The beach is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and professional. Special thanks to the housekeeping team — our room was always cleaned on time, the towels were fresh and everything was spotless.
We especially enjoyed the tennis and archery activities. A big thank you to the tennis coach and archery instructor for their excellent work! The gym and table tennis area are also very good, and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy every day.
We also really enjoyed the Cuban dance show and the outdoor movie night. Overall, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and we had a great stay.
There were no major negatives, only a few suggestions. The food could be a little more varied, especially with more seafood, shrimp, fresh or marinated salmon, and oatmeal for breakfast.
It would also be nice to have more evening entertainment, such as shows, live performances and outdoor movie nights.
In the rooms, we would appreciate separate shampoo and hair conditioner, as well as dental kits with toothbrushes and toothpaste. These are minor details, but they would make an already very good experience even better.

The hotel itself is lovely, with very friendly and welcoming staff throughout. It was also conveniently located not far from the airport, which made the journey with the children nice and easy. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Our girls particularly loved the pool.
The food was a real highlight for us. There was so much variety each day, with everything feeling fresh and well prepared. We ate extremely well throughout our stay and never felt like we were eating the same thing twice. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ, which was so good that we went three times! Our evening at the À La Carte restaurant was also lovely, with excellent food and great service.
The beach was beautiful and perfect for our family. The water is shallow and, during our stay, it was lovely and calm, which made it great for the children. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Purple Turtle for lunch and drinks — it was a real favourite.
One of the biggest highlights of the holiday for our family was the kids’ club team. The girls absolutely loved the activities and the evening disco, but a special mention has to go to Ellie, who was wonderful with our girls. She was so warm, kind and engaging with them and really helped make their holiday special. It was lovely to see how much they looked forward to going to the kids’ club each day.
The evening entertainment was also consistently high quality, with something enjoyable every night.
All in all, we had a brilliant family holiday. The combination of the lovely hotel, fantastic food, beautiful beach, great facilities and, most importantly, the wonderful staff made it a trip we’ll remember fondly. We would happily recommend the hotel and would love to return.

Staff was amazingly kind and helpful. We did not come across a single unhappy employee. It was very easy to chat through the app for questions or requests. Facilities were clean. Our room got cleaned well everyday. Food was very diverse and plenty and delicious. It was very obvious that the hotel management and staff cared so much about guests' comfort and made sure everyone had a great vacation. Our family had a great time here. We want to come back!
Fitness room could be a bit more bigger given the size of the facilities. Also they offer lots of different work out sessions for guests but they are all outdoors and even though we wanted to attend, we opted out since it was too hot to exercise outdoors. Maybe consider offering some of those indoors with A/C.

Everything, we’ve been coming for 10 years. We travel a lot and this might be one of the best hotels for me in the whole world. Location, sea, beach, rooms, all wonderful. All of the staff are always great. Hope to come back for many more years.
