Fabulous location - within easy walking distance of all main sights and great pubs and restaurants. Opposite Waverley train station and tram to/from airport just a few minutes walk away. Great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms (pillows aside) with decent air con and good facilities in room.
I was expecting a bit of noise after reading previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was with the windows shut.
Staff were polite and helpful. Check in/check out was efficient and straightforward. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Pillows were not great - one was rock hard and the other was way too soft.
