Good location, clean and comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Customer service answered the phone quickly.
No reception desk so quite impersonal. We asked if it was possible to check out 1 hour late and were told there would be a £20 late check out fee which felt like a lot considering how much we had paid for the room.

The room itself was gorgeous. There was a lovely double bed and the bath is really the selling point of the room. The facilities (mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee station) was lovely.
We had a couple of issues with the overall cleanliness of the place. There was a plant that had mould in, there was a plaster on the roof covering something up, and there was a dried up soap mark/stain in the shower.
I am currently waiting for an email response to our complaint regarding the issues above.
I believe what would improve the property, especially the room we stayed in (14) is that there be a film over the doors to exit as they go straight into the room and the only privacy is to close the blinds. With no other windows in the property, this made the space feel quite enclosed and dark.
The lights didn’t work where the mirror and desk is (unless we couldn’t find the light switch, but looked everywhere).
