The personalised care to checking our comfort to clean nice spacious rooms to it's location.
Kinal the guest relations was exceptional. From the time when I called before coming till the time we left. She ensured we get the kind of room desired to helping with check in to parking.
Not much. But the four lifts to cater to the whole hotel was painful. Sometimes we had to wait a long long time.
I wish there is a way to install more fast lifts or a way to designate lifts going to the top floors and different ones to the rooms.
This was the weakest spot.
The parking is also very expensive. Maybe further discount for guests

The room was well appointed, with a more luxury feel in the bedding and bathroom fittings. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very quiet even though the hotel is right on a major road junction.
It really annoys me that breakfast is no longer included as standard. (Not just this hotel)

Modern but the room was full of bugs in the bed and mattress and carpets which I have videos of
