Very good breakfast. Comfortable, clean room. Good location, close to restaurants and pubs in Edgbaston village and close to tram stop.

High quality place to stay just as expected as a return visitor. Beautiful rooms with high quality linens, towels, bathrooms. Easy check-in and check-out by door code. Off-street parking.
I would suggest that the bed mattresses are updated

Location, staff and cleanliness
The room was awful - sink in the room, window in poor condition, net curtain and view onto roof ducting and very scruff outside; this was a room with a view supposedly!
