The hotel is wonderful to stay at, with
a calm atmosphere and feels top notch. The rooms are excellent. Dinner was delicious and the meals are all very good. As you would expect from a hotel calling itself 'du Vin', the wine choice is great and the staff are knowledgeable about them. The bar is a nice place to spend time in. Service is sublime. We had a very relaxing time here.
Breakfast was distinctly average. The quality of the items in the full English was nothing to write home about, although the bacon and fried mushroom were good. Coffee machine was really good and made a nice decaff. The breakfast buffet was okay. Otherwise an excellent and very pleasant stay.

The room was very nice with a nice roll top bath
When we arrived we asked if there was any car parks that’s linked to the hotel so we could get discount. Flur on reception advised no! We then asked another member of staff the next day and were advised that’s incorrect and we could have used the B4 car park very disappointed as we paid £23.50 per day. This has spoilt our trip
