Really impressed with everything literally can not fault a thing with the hotel or staff. The shower was amazing! Clean and tidy! Bed was comfortable. Would suggest additional pillows (not sure if this was an option we didn’t ask in all fairness)
The location to the surrounding area seemed a bit rough however it was walking distance to mailbox parking, bullring and the hippodrome

Very nice breakfast and proximity to the city centre.
I arrived late at night, the toilet and bathroom had no soap or shower gel and my door password was not working. It took me half an hour extra to get this sorted (I was already very exhausted from a long trip). Next day I found out there was no iron available at the hotel. I was given instead a 'steamer' which didn't really iron any of my shirts and even stained one of them as it was spilling some kind of thick dark liquid.
