Great location and all in all a great stay

Clean and imposing - very close to the station and to the Hippodrome where we were going for the evening - staff great - room spacious and a great view with a wall of glass! Well appointed with drinks etc Breakfast was mega 👍

Not really a dislike but the room was quite sparse with large empty spaces at one end and, for us, the bed was way too soft and we found it uncomfortable.

A really disappointing experience k

Bed was comfortable and the room was a good size

My first time staying at a Radisson hotel and doubt I'd go back. I had booked a superior room and had emailed the hotel to ask to have a quiet room due to sensory issues. The room had loud strange water noises that happened almost every ten minutes and were really loud and sounded like someone was trying to get in your room when they first start which is really unsettling when you are on your own. The sink was dirty (see photo) with just a tiny effort with a wipe to clean it shows how easy it would be to have got it right. When I arrived at the hotel, I was clearly using a cane and whilst I hadn't booked an accessible room as I generally don't need them, was amazed that for a superior room it had a shower over a bath which isn't easy to climb into with my disability! Just not impressed by a hotel chain that's meant to have such a good

Fantastic, I will return!

Fantastic location, very quiet and well soundproofed rooms, wonderful friendly staff, very clean, bright and modern rooms. Rooms had bath tubs which were great!

More on the expensive side.

Overall a great getaway :) we will definitely be back!

Very good

Loved the bar and friendly staff and the in room food I ordered was excellent and good value for money (especially the pizza). Well run hotel with excellent front desk.

A couple of days when my room wasn't cleaned but I think that was a genuine mix up

Excellent City Centre Hotel in great location

Awesome Hotel in good city centre location. With lots of shops and off-licenses nearby and walking distance to Grand Central, Broad Street and Bull Ring Shopping mall. Close to Britannia Parking Grand Central. The beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. With Flatscreen TV. Aircon was perfect, with ability to change temperature as per my requirement. Hotel staff were super friendly.

Parking instructions and arrangements could have been clear on Booking.com website.

Emergency accommodation as chosen apartment wasn't up to scratch. Perfect location.

Good views from the room on the top floor, couldnt of asked for more. not much passing traffic even though the gym was located on the same floor.

The noise level in the room was loud on the top floor even when the air con was off. the air-con units for the building must be located on the roof and requires noise damping measures in place.

Would definitely return

Requested a room with a city view and definitely got that. Staff were extremely helpful and brekki was delish. Location was excellent, within walking distance of everything we needed.

Great location, very chilly building!

Welcoming staff, excellent location for the city and railway station. Cocktail bar and breakfast.

Our room, 3014, was very cold, the heating did not work. The maintenance guy checked our heating and said it wasn't working. We were offered a small electric radiator, but this was not adequate. For our room rate, I would have expected something better!

Fabulous hotel and lovely night away!

Lovely hotel, very clean and great facilities. There was a shoe polish machine and shoe polish in the rooms AND an ice machine in the hallway - something we've never seen before! Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for my partners birthday and they were kind enough to wish him a happy birthday and bring strawberries and chocolate to the room. Couldn't have asked for a better stay away. Thank you!

Only thing I didn't like was that I couldnt hook my phone up to the TV to watch netflix but I think that was a me issue :)

Feel like I got robbed

Room was okay.

There was an issue with our booking, where the staff member offered the lowest possible room as an avaliable switch, until I called booking.com Wasn't really trying to help and very monotone which was unwelcoming. I essentially overpaid for a superior room as I booked a suite. On checkout, multiple numbers of staff knocked on our door, even though reception were notified and I paid for a later checkout, they distrubed us and didn't act welcoming when approaching the door. It was a slightly strange experience and something ive never quite experienced in the hospitality sector before. I wouldn't opt to stay at this branch again to be honest. The staff member on checkout however, recognised the issue from the evening before and was extremely polite and took care of us on the way out.

Convenient location, nice room

The tv could do with more channels and it kept restarting, the bathroom could do with updating, and would like to see vegetarian option for breakfast

Very good

The view! It was incredible and the night time viewing of the city made it worth every penny. The bed was comfy and the place was great.

The fridge didn't work, we wanted to bring in some of our own late night snacks but couldn't because of it, no big deal but it was a shame. The shower head was a little filthy and we had to clean that unfortunately

It was great.

I like that it has a bathtub. The view of the room was good. Not directly hit by either sunrise or sunset. The location is good since its really in the heart of the city centre. Check-in process was smooth.

I stayed with my grandson who is a wheelchair user, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again. Excellent location for exploring Birmingham. Staff were very friendly and approachable and looked after us very well.

Good for proximity of the evening nightlife. Wouldn’t pay full price for the hotel

Close proximity to the places we were going in the evening. Good comfy bed, spacious and cool.

Bathroom was not very good, shower primarily was too small and didn’t really flow fully. I am afraid was expecting it to be more updated. Door wouldn’t stay open and creaked. TV had limited channels was looking for music and the one channel didn’t work. Not a lot of sachets to make a hot drink or two

Was ok but I expected more and parking including or discounts.

Room was good. The breakfast was very on the first day was everything fresh made but the next morning the breakfast was from yesterday it wasn’t fresh even the danish.. yogurt wasn’t fresh and also cheeses.

I didn’t like that we paid everything extra with this price wasn’t nothing including not even car parking not even small discount. I know everything is about money in this time but if we pay you that much only for room and nothing is included we wasn’t feel like we are guests in good hotel. Next time i will find something better.
